Help to Anxiety Victims


Are you feeling anxious and panicked due to the security situation? Don't hesitate to look for help.

  1. You can receive immediate response on first aid call centers.
  2. The National Insurance, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Israeli Coalition for Trauma, finances the treatments for victims of anxiety, provided by psychologists and social workers specializing in trauma therapy.
    Because of the security situation, treatments can also be provided over the internet using the application Zoom. Treatments are provided in resilience centers and clinics for anxiety victims, free of charge and without the need to contact the National Insurance.

Helping line dedicated to hostile actions disabled victims with PTSD

The National Insurance, through the Natal organization, has reinforced the helping line for hostile actions casualties suffering from PTSD, which operates 24 hours per day.

You are invited to call the following number: 1-800-363-363, extension no 2.

Emergency calls for deaf and hard of hearing people

People with a hearing impairment are invited to join a real-time conversation with a translator in sign language on the application "sign-now", on which you will be able to make emergency calls 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Mental health assistance in resilience centers and clinics

What is included in the assistance

  • First aid care financed by the National Insurance Institute.
  • Treatment from the trauma center involving up to 12 therapeutic meetings and if needed, based on a therapist professional opinion, an treatment extension of up to 36 meetings will be possible. Victims of hostile actions suffering from acute PTSD, who ended 36 treatments can receive a supplement of up to 12 treatments if they meet the conditions of entitlement. How to receive treatments?

All treatments in resilience centers and clinics for anxiety victims (listed below), are provided free of charge without any need to submit a claim to the National Insurance. You just need to call the handling center and receive assistance right away.

Please note that resilience centers provide care to the population based on your area of residence.
